Andrei has some major concerns about violent meta-human supremacists thanks to his upbringing and would definitely be trying to mitigate the collateral damage from Ye Zun's plans... although he doesn't have much in the way of power or influence, so he's more likely to wind up in trouble than effectively thwart.
