"Great! I won't keep you away for too long, Mr. Andrei."

Cal climbs down to street level while he's locking up, just as quickly as he'd gotten up there. Once he's back on solid ground, he stops to check both of his flashlights before offering Andrei the heavier one. Things could seem a lot different in the dark, but Cal has a good sense of where he's going, more or less.

"I've been going block by block, just making sure that anyone that needs to leave their apartment isn't out here alone. The police have a couple of stations set up, but I think they're way more worried about the riots right now." Cal couldn't blame them for that, not really, but it meant that the police weren't all that much of a deterrent to anything else.
