Welcome to the AU Workshop! We understand adapting a character for an AU game can be a difficult process, even if you have all the creativity in the world, so we've put this together to help! Just fill out the form and post it in a comment below, and sort of brain out which ideas stick!

Keep in mind this is not a reserve. Reserves will open on the 3rd, as always, and you don't need to use this if you're already sure of your ideas! This is just a fun creative exercise that we hope you enjoy and find helpful!

I'm sure Magnus thinks terror leading into grudging respect is the appropriate response to him, so that works out!!!

Excellent, though! Maybe they got seated next to each other during an event at some point, and, well, Magnus does tend to compensate for his off-putting appearance by being sociable, and so...

Haha but after the initial flailing and overdramatic fainting, I think Huaisang would bond with someone who shares his interest in art, and maybe he'd even sympathize with someone else who's been judged by his looks all his life... they could be fun~ :3 You're welcome to have Magnus suspect that Huaisang is a meta, too, since fear subconsciously activates his magnetokinesis. Maybe he panicked at some dinner party and the knives and forks started trembling.

Oooh, yes! That's definitely the kind of thing Magnus would pick up on, and something that might make him press Huaisang just a little bit on certain topics. It's also something that might prompt Magnus to have more interest in Huaisang beyond just someone he can have an intelligent conversation about art with, haha.

It sounds like they'll have a fun dynamic, between their similarities and differences and everything else. :3c
